Update

Incase I forgot to mention this earlier... Terrel's toe has healed. HE no longer has to wear the brace and everything seems to be fine. His shoulder still gives him trouble, but he found out that it shouldn't affect his promote ability. He will have to take a two-event PT test. Once his profile is approved, he will take the PT test without the push-up portion.
